Anyone who wishes to be a member of a chapter shall also pay chapter dues (if required by the chapter). Minors who are at least 8 years old can participate in shooting activities but must be accompanied and supervised at all times by a parent or legal guardian.

Any person who has a felony conviction or who has a misdemeanor conviction for domestic violence (and the conviction has not been pardoned or expunged AND rights to possess a firearm restored), is not eligible to become a member of DTCMOC. Under federal law, that person is not legally allowed to possess a firearm and therefore is prohibited from joining DTCMOC.

Membership shall not be denied to any person because of race, color, gender, age, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, or physical disability of the person.

All rights, privileges, and benefits shall be equally available to all members of DTCMOC. All rules, regulations, bylaws, and directives shall be equally applied to all members.

It is the duty of each member to assist in every feasible manner in promoting the mission and objectives of DTCMOC and to act at all times and in every matter in a professional manner.
